Most people don’t need another product. They need someone who knows what’s causing the issue and how to fix it fast.
That’s what happens here. You start with a consultation that pinpoints what’s going on—acne scarring, sun damage, dullness, fine lines, uneven texture. Then you get a treatment designed around your skin, your schedule, and the results you’re after.
HydraFacial treatments deliver immediate glow and hydration. Microneedling rebuilds collagen for smoother, firmer skin over time. Chemical peels resurface and renew without weeks of peeling. Dermaplaning removes dead skin and peach fuzz in one session. You walk out looking refreshed, not red.
No cookie-cutter facials. No upselling you on things you don’t need. Just clean, clinical-grade care that makes a visible difference.
Wake Skincare is led by Jacqueline Grace, a licensed esthetician who’s been named Best Esthetician in Wake County three years running. She’s also HydraFacial Master Certified and took first place internationally in the Pigmentation Artist of the Year category at The Skin Games.
That’s not fluff. It means you’re working with someone who competes at the highest level and brings that precision to every treatment.
Serving Four Oaks and the surrounding Johnston County area, we combine medical-grade technology with a personalized, one-on-one approach. You’re not getting a spa day. You’re getting a skincare strategy that’s built around what your skin actually needs—and what you want it to look like two weeks from now.
You start with a free skin evaluation. No pressure, no sales pitch—just an honest assessment of what’s happening with your skin and what can realistically improve it.
From there, a treatment plan gets built. Maybe it’s a single HydraFacial before an event. Maybe it’s a series of microneedling sessions to fade acne scars. Either way, you’ll know what to expect, how long it takes, and what kind of results you’re working toward.
During the treatment, everything is explained. You’ll understand what’s being applied, why it works, and how your skin will respond. Most treatments take 30 to 60 minutes. There’s little to no downtime for most services, so you can get back to your day.
After your session, you get personalized aftercare guidance. Not a generic handout—actual advice on how to maintain your results and what to avoid while your skin heals or rebuilds. Follow-ups are encouraged, especially if you’re doing a treatment series.

Every appointment starts with a skin analysis. That means looking at tone, texture, hydration levels, pigmentation, and any active concerns like breakouts or sensitivity.
Treatments available include HydraFacial for deep cleansing and hydration, SkinPen microneedling for collagen induction and scar reduction, chemical peels for resurfacing and brightening, dermaplaning for instant smoothness, and Botox for fine lines and wrinkle prevention. Add-ons like LED light therapy, enzyme masks, and targeted serums can be layered in based on your goals.
Four Oaks is a smaller community, which means fewer options for advanced skincare locally. Most residents drive to Smithfield, Clayton, or Raleigh for this level of care. We bring that same expertise closer to home, serving Johnston County with the same treatments you’d find at higher-end clinics in the Triangle—without the drive or the markup.
You also get ongoing support. If your skin reacts, if you have questions between visits, or if you want to adjust your plan, you’re not left guessing. That’s part of the service.
A regular facial is relaxing. A medical spa treatment is corrective.
Traditional facials focus on cleansing, exfoliation, and moisture—mostly surface-level care. They feel good, but they don’t typically address deeper skin issues like pigmentation, scarring, or collagen loss. Medical spa treatments use clinical-grade tools and ingredients that penetrate deeper and trigger real change in the skin.
HydraFacial, for example, uses vortex suction and medical-grade serums to extract impurities and infuse hydration at a level a standard facial can’t reach. Microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries that stimulate your skin to produce new collagen. Chemical peels use acids strong enough to remove damaged layers and reveal fresher skin underneath.
You’re also working with a licensed professional who understands skin biology, not just relaxation techniques. That means better results, safer treatments, and a plan that’s based on what your skin actually needs.
You’ll see a difference the same day. Your skin looks clearer, smoother, and more hydrated right after the treatment.
That immediate glow is one of the reasons HydraFacial is so popular before events—weddings, photos, big meetings. There’s no downtime, no redness that lasts, and no peeling. You can put on makeup a few hours later if you want.
For deeper concerns like fine lines, enlarged pores, or uneven tone, results build over time. Most people do a series of three to six treatments spaced a few weeks apart. Each session continues to improve texture, clarity, and overall skin health.
The key is consistency. One HydraFacial will make you look refreshed. A series will actually change the quality of your skin. Maintenance treatments every four to six weeks help you hold onto those results long-term.
There’s some discomfort, but it’s manageable. A topical numbing cream is applied before the treatment, so most people describe it as a tingling or light scratching sensation—not painful.
Right after microneedling, your skin will be red and feel tight, similar to a mild sunburn. That usually lasts 24 to 48 hours. Some people also experience light peeling or dryness over the next few days as the skin heals.
You can go back to work the next day in most cases, especially if you’re comfortable with a little redness that’s easy to cover with makeup. Avoid heavy exercise, sun exposure, and harsh skincare products for about a week while your skin regenerates.
Results start to show around two weeks post-treatment as new collagen forms. Full results develop over the next few months. For acne scars, hyperpigmentation, or deeper wrinkles, a series of three to six sessions spaced four to six weeks apart is recommended.
It depends on the combination. Some treatments pair well together, others need to be spaced out.
Botox and a HydraFacial can be done on the same day without issue. In fact, many people do both during one appointment—Botox for prevention and smoothing, HydraFacial for immediate glow and hydration. Just avoid lying flat or doing intense facial massage right after Botox so it stays where it’s placed.
Microneedling and Botox should not be done together. Microneedling creates tiny channels in the skin, and you don’t want Botox migrating through those channels. It’s best to wait at least two weeks between the two treatments.
Chemical peels and microneedling also shouldn’t happen on the same day. Both are resurfacing treatments that require recovery time. Doing them together increases the risk of irritation, sensitivity, or prolonged redness.
During your consultation, the treatment plan will be mapped out so you know what can be combined and what needs to be scheduled separately. The goal is results, not rushing.
We focus on medical-grade facial treatments and skin correction, not threading or traditional brow shaping. Our specialty is HydraFacial, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and Botox—treatments that address skin health, texture, tone, and aging.
If you’re looking for brow threading near Four Oaks, you’ll likely need to visit a beauty salon or parlour that specializes in hair removal and shaping. Those services require different training and equipment than what’s used in a medical spa setting.
That said, dermaplaning does remove peach fuzz from the face, including around the brows and upper lip, which gives you a smoother surface and helps makeup go on more evenly. It’s not the same as threading, but it does offer a hair removal benefit as part of a larger skincare treatment.
If brow shaping is something you want alongside skincare treatments, it’s worth asking during your consultation. We can make recommendations for trusted local providers who specialize in threading, waxing, or tinting.
That’s exactly what the free consultation is for. You don’t have to guess, and you shouldn’t be expected to diagnose your own skin.
During the evaluation, your skin is analyzed for texture, tone, hydration, sensitivity, and any active concerns like acne, scarring, or pigmentation. From there, a treatment plan gets recommended based on what will actually work—not what’s trending or most expensive.
If you’re dealing with dullness and dehydration, HydraFacial is usually the starting point. For acne scars or deep wrinkles, microneedling builds collagen and smooths texture over time. If you have sun damage or uneven tone, a chemical peel can resurface and brighten. Dermaplaning works well for anyone who wants instant smoothness and better product absorption.
You’ll also get honest input on timing. Some results are immediate. Others take weeks or months. Some treatments require a series. Others are one-and-done. The consultation makes sure you’re spending your time and money on something that’s going to work for your skin and your goals.
