As a typical man, not knowing anything about my skin, I needed to get some redness fixed. Jackie knew right away that I have Rosacea, and exactly how to treat it. This was my first time getting anything done with my skin. Jackie recommended the Hydrafacial, even though I could have been recommended a higher treatment. Starting small and finding what corrects my issue was top priority. My appointment went very well, and immediately had results. I have been wanting to get a hydrafacial for SO long. I finally scheduled something here after reading some wonderful reviews for a day when I would be in town for a work trip. Before my visit today, I have never had any kind of facial. Not being from the area, I had no idea what to expect from any of it!The day of my appointment, I found out I was scheduled with a woman named Raven. She walked me through the entire process before we got started, and made sure to address any of my concerns about my sensitive skin before going in. Raven went above and beyond to provide me with not only GLOWING skin and some gorgeous brows, but with a one of a kind experience and a completely new admiration for skin care.Raven is a beautiful person inside and out, and gave me an AMAZING facial. She took her time to throughly explain each step before she did anything, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I went to wake Skincare for a lash and tint and Jacqueline did a wonder job. Jacqueline took time to lift my lashes to match my eye shape and the color looks great. We decided to add in a henna brow and the combination of the two services added a pop of color and helped frame my face. Both look very natural and not over done. I would highly recommend Jacqueline at Wake Skincare.

Jackie is awesome, very personable and professional and knowledgeable. I had the hydro facial, lash lift and henna brows done. I walked out of there feeling beautiful which was just what I needed, I was hesitant about the hydro facial at first but Jackie assured me I’d love it and she was absolutely right, my skin was literally glowing . I recommend Wake Skin Care a hundred times over. I’m definitely a forever client.

I have been to several skin care practices and tried every product known to man as I have acne prone, Aging, Brown spot, oily skin. I went to see Jackie after seeing her 5 star reviews. I was skeptical but after several wonderful visits I am starting to see a difference! She listens to me and tries to help me with all I have going on. I love all of the products especially the skin care line. She is great!!

I have already had two appointments with Jackie and I will keep coming back for more! The first appointment I had we decided the best option would be the Platinum Hydrafacial. It was immensely relaxing and exactly what I needed before a day filled with demands from my toddler and infant! She is very knowledgeable and takes her time explaining each step in the process and why it is being done. I also really loved that at the end of the session she picks and chooses products based on your skin and its needs to create a skincare routine for you. My second appointment was Microneedling, it was my first time ever having this done. The process was uncomfortable for me but she was extremely patient and soothing throughout the experience. I definitely recommend Jackie for any and all skincare needs!

I received a gift card from my mom for my 21st birthday and was so excited to have my first facial! The experience did not disappoint, it exceeded all my expectations. Not only was Jackie incredibly sweet, she was very knowledgeable about her work. I went in for a free consultation beforehand so we can decide what would be best for me and we decided on a hydrafacial. (The space is beautifully decorated and very clean). When I went in for my facial we decided to add microdermabrasion and the use of the wet diamond to scrape away at years worth of dead skin 😳 (I do not exfoliate but will definitely start now!) The entire process was so relaxing, and she talked me through everything she was doing, what products she was using, and their benefits. After the session was done she showed me a line of products for a skincare routine she specifically curated for my sensitive, hormonal acne prone skin (I also have rosacea). Unfortunately it was not in my budget to purchase my new skincare routine, but I have already scheduled my second facial and am planning on buying it at that time! My skin has never felt smoother in my entire life! It was refreshing and my skin could breathe finally after she took all the gunk out of my pores (she even lets you see it after the facial!). She has definitely gained a loyal customer in me (and my mom since she also went in for a facial and thoroughly enjoyed the experience). I highly recommend Jackie to anyone looking for a pampering and/or would like help in understanding how to properly take care of their skin!
